Job Requirements
- Relevant work experience in hotel management
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours when necessary
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Commitment to guest and employee service standards

- Maintain regular attendance per scheduling needs

Job Qualifications
- At least 5-6 years progressive hotel experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Attend hotel required meetings and trainings
- Ability to maintain high personal appearance standards
- Compliance with hotel standards and regulations
- Able to analyze complex information and data
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Able to perform light physical work
- Experience in leadership and employee development
Job Duties
- Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts including client meetings and hosting events
- Tour operating departments daily and coordinate adjustments with department heads
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions
- Meet financial review dates and corporate program deadlines
- Hold monthly financial reviews with department managers and supervisors
- Ensure department productivity and accounting compliance
- Develop managers through training programs
- Participate in manager-on-duty coverage
- Monitor development of management trainees
- Adhere to company policies and train new managers
- Assist in budget process and maintenance inspections
- Promote a positive team environment focused on guest service
- Inspect rooms regularly with housekeeping and engineering
- Process invoices daily and ensure compliance with accounting calendar
- Oversee cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- Ensure attentive, friendly, and courteous employee interactions
- Forecast monthly hotel financial position and analyze data
- Conduct management interviews and hiring
- Perform executive performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Maintain fair treatment of employees
- Meet clients on property to assist sales efforts
- Engage with guests in public areas during peak times
- Ensure security and monthly audit procedures for hotel safe
- Conduct monthly credit meetings and manage credit policies
