Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and understand documents including safety rules and manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work 40 hours plus overtime including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb, crawl
- Exposure to heat and cooking oils
- Maintain valid state vehicle insurance if driving for work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Effective communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Problem-solving skills with ability to handle practical situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant team
- Drive customer service excellence and train staff
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Manage sales and profit growth initiatives
- Ensure adherence to operating standards and safety protocols
- Foster a positive and fun work environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and scheduling
