Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and understand documents including safety rules and manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work 40 hours plus overtime including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb, crawl
  • Exposure to heat and cooking oils
  • Maintain valid state vehicle insurance if driving for work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to handle practical situations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant team
  • Drive customer service excellence and train staff
  • Support the General Manager in daily operations
  • Manage sales and profit growth initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to operating standards and safety protocols
  • Foster a positive and fun work environment
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and scheduling
