Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months’ related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week plus 10 hours overtime
- Must work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work in high heat and handle cooking oils
- Must have physical mobility including bending, reaching, and carrying
- Must be able to stand for long periods without breaks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Proficient in interpreting safety, operating, and maintenance instructions
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
