Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months’ related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week plus 10 hours overtime
  • Must work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work in high heat and handle cooking oils
  • Must have physical mobility including bending, reaching, and carrying
  • Must be able to stand for long periods without breaks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Proficient in interpreting safety, operating, and maintenance instructions
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
