The role available at CPK is a management position focused on leading the front-of-house (FOH) team in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is integral to delivering a phenomenal guest experience, inspiring and motivating the team, and upholding CPK's best-in-class culture. The manager will play a key part in building a team centered around hospitality and culinary excellence, while also driving business goals including sales growth, profitability, and enhanced guest counts. Responsibilities also include managing the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L), forecasting and adjusting labor costs, enforcing portions control, budgeting, and performing variance analyses.
