Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to upholding company values
- Ability to comply with all laws and regulations related to the position
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Knowledge of federal, state and local compliance regulations

Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Assist General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical practices
- Participate in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
