Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in management
- ability to lift 15-20 lbs
- working knowledge of computers
- approval of background and credit checks
- eligibility to work in the United States
- possession of a valid driver’s license
- manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- flexible availability

Job Duties
- lead shifts with focus on guest experience
- control labor and minimize food waste
- ensure recipe accuracy and speed of service
- maintain cleanliness and productivity
- write schedules to meet labor expectations
- coordinate training with certified trainers
- assist with interviewing and hiring
- handle cash deposits and drawer counts
- manage inventory and ordering
- maintain knowledge of food, labor and supply costs
- support unit operations including budgeting and personnel development
