The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Wendy's is a dynamic and vital position within the restaurant's leadership team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months’ related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Mathematical ability to compute rates and ratios
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must work 40 hours per week plus 10 hours overtime
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, write, and speak effectively
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
