Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) with HAZA Foods, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager by managing daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring excellent financial control, scheduling and managing staff, and upholding food safety, health, and operational standards. The job demands flexibility, as AGMs must be ready to work 50 to 55 hours per week, including rotating shifts on weekends and holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas when the restaurant is closed). This role requires a valid driver’s license and access to private transportation, as well as the physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and handle lifting up to 50 pounds. Due to the nature of the fast-food industry, excellent decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on leadership style are essential.
