The Assistant General Manager role at AIKG is an exciting leadership opportunity within this vibrant entertainment company. - high school diploma or equivalent
- strong organizational skills
- basic understanding of marketing and finance

- two years of assistant general management experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- two years of complete profit and loss experience in a branded food and entertainment business preferred
- financial analysis and assessment skills preferred
- proven leadership and team skills with the ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff preferred
- working knowledge of cost controls preferred
- strong training and development background preferred
Job Duties
- work closely with department leaders to oversee all aspects of site operations including staffing, training, employee relations, repair and maintenance, game operations, site IT, cleanliness, organization, service timing, quality product, cash handling and site administration
- be fully accountable for all aspects of profit and loss including achieving annual revenue, profit, cost control and inventory control
- maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control
- continuously promote safety and sanitation throughout the facility
- take a proactive approach to guest relations by spending significant time interacting with guests on the floor
- ensure the highest level of quality and standards across all departments
- empower management and staff to deliver exceptional service
- lead the ongoing development and training of all site managers and management-in-training
- maintain high leadership and staff morale
- provide direct and honest performance feedback to staff
- establish operational guidelines to recruit and retain quality staff
