Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
- Flexibility to work 50 hours per week including rotating shifts weekends and holidays
- Consent to background screening including criminal driving and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead your own team in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff training and development to enhance team performance
- Drive business goals through effective leadership and problem solving
