Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week including rotating shifts weekends and holidays
  • Consent to background screening including criminal driving and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead your own team in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

  • Minimum one year of quick service hospitality experience, preferably in high volume food service concepts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff training and development to enhance team performance
  • Drive business goals through effective leadership and problem solving
