This restaurant is proudly owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA, and all employment matters are solely managed by the franchisee. This means that the franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervising their employees, granting them full autonomy in employment decisions without any control or involvement from McDonald's USA. This structure allows the franchise to maintain the trusted McDonald's brand standards while enabling the franchisee to foster a unique work environment and culture tailored to their location and team needs.
