This restaurant is proudly owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA, and all employment matters are solely managed by the franchisee. This means that the franchisee is responsible for hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervising their employees, granting them full autonomy in employment decisions without any control or involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have prior relevant management experience
  • demonstrate leadership abilities
  • possess capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • have availability to work flexible hours
  • comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as Assistant General Manager or Department Manager
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • support running a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with the General Manager to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • help Department Managers set goals and improve their performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
