This role is a part-time Assistant General Manager position, offering an annual salary range of $90,000 to $95,000. The position demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and seeks to make a tangible impact on the hotel’s success. The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive and motivating workplace. As Assistant General Manager at The Row Hotel, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee multiple key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Food and Beverage, and Engineering. Your main focus areas will be on Front Office and Accounting operations, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the high standards and brand promise of both Autograph Collection and Colwen Hotels. You will lead daily operations, coach and develop team members, support recruitment and engagement, and maintain strict adherence to brand standards and financial goals.
