This role is a key leadership position responsible for coordinating, administering, directing, and managing all property activities with a specific focus on Accounting and Front Office Management. The individual in this position will serve as a vital link between the General Manager and various departments to guarantee seamless operations within the property. A major responsibility is to oversee the Front Office Manager and ensure that guest services meet the highest standards while maintaining accuracy in all front office operations. Additionally, this position involves close collaboration with Corporate Accounting to complete all accounting functions and ensure full compliance with management company policies and procedures. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, effective leadership, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. It is an in-office role requiring prolonged periods of sitting, computer work, and occasional physical activity such as standing, walking, and handling office equipment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) and manual front desk procedures, providing the strategic and operational guidance necessary to support smooth hotel operations. Working in this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering quality guest service and maintaining financial accuracy, which are essential to the hotel's ongoing success and reputation in the hospitality industry.

Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written forms
- Experience in front office and accounting management
- Computer experience on PMS systems and knowledge of manual front desk procedures
- Possess good communication and organizational skills
- Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to front office staff
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and office equipment operation
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
- Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage all property activities related to front office and accounting
