Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written forms
  • Experience in front office and accounting management
  • Computer experience on PMS systems and knowledge of manual front desk procedures
  • Possess good communication and organizational skills
  • Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to front office staff
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
  • Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and office equipment operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
  • Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed
  • Visual ability to read from computer screen and printed materials
  • Ability to participate in conversations and meetings
  • Reasonable accommodations for disabilities if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in front office and accounting management
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with PMS systems and manual front desk procedures
  • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hotel property environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all property activities related to front office and accounting
  • Interface with General Manager to ensure compliance with hotel and company policies
  • Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to maintain high guest service standards
  • Oversee accuracy in front office operations
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting for completion of accounting functions
  • Ensure adherence to all management company policies and procedures
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to Front Office staff
