Currently, Blaze Pizza is urgently seeking Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join their management team. This role is critical for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal leadership role, often stepping in to manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. Candidates will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and a positive attitude are essential for success. The AGM is responsible for leading by example, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional pizza and guest experiences.
The Assistant General Manager’s duties extend beyond day-to-day management to include administrative responsibilities such as balancing cash drawers, conducting inventory counts, and upholding food safety standards. A key part of the role is also to contribute to the growth and development of the Blaze Pizza brand by actively participating in hiring, training, and mentoring team members. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage a diverse team and ensure that all company standards related to product quality, maintenance, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- basic math and accounting skills
- full availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour week
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- ability to perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds
