Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting
  • Support the General Manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
