Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting
- Support the General Manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
