Job Requirements

  • Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Results oriented and customer service focused

  • Minimum one year of quick service hospitality experience, preferably in high-volume food service
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and training to restaurant staff
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded during each shift
  • Achieve business goals for every shift overseen
  • Operate and manage a million-dollar business with high energy and standards
  • Develop successful Crew and Shift Supervisors to build bench strength
  • Foster and maintain a positive team atmosphere
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively
