Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of quick service hospitality experience
- Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Results oriented and customer service focused

- Minimum one year of quick service hospitality experience, preferably in high-volume food service
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Provide direction and training to restaurant staff
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded during each shift
- Achieve business goals for every shift overseen
- Operate and manage a million-dollar business with high energy and standards
- Develop successful Crew and Shift Supervisors to build bench strength
- Foster and maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Implement company policies and procedures effectively
