Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew work
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu item implementation
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
  • Delegate tasks to team members and report results
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Proactively lead and manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and employee motivation
  • Make critical business decisions on inventory, budgeting, food ordering, and costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
  • Lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
