Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew work
- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu item implementation
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
- Delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Proactively lead and manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and employee motivation
- Make critical business decisions on inventory, budgeting, food ordering, and costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Lead internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
