Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • At least 1 year experience in a fine dining environment
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Experience in inventory control and cost management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sommelier certification or deep wine knowledge preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards
  • Familiarity with POS and scheduling tools
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
