Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- At least 1 year experience in a fine dining environment
- Proven leadership ability
- Experience in inventory control and cost management
- Strong communication skills
- Sommelier certification or deep wine knowledge preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Familiarity with POS and scheduling tools
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management with at least 1 year in fine dining
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong experience in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sommelier certification preferred or strong knowledge of wine
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards and culinary trends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Assist with wine selection, service, and inventory management
- Help track and manage financial costs including labor and expenses
- Serve as liaison between management, kitchen, and service staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in planning and executing special events and private parties
- Ensure the restaurant maintains exceptional customer service and fine dining standards
