The role of Assistant General Manager at McDonald’s is a critical leadership position focused on supporting operational excellence within the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US military service
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US military service

Job Duties

  • Lead employee training programs including food safety and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor results
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementations
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure a memorable guest experience by organizing key service areas and staff training
  • Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations
