Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US military service
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US military service

Job Duties
- Lead employee training programs including food safety and inventory management
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor results
- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementations
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure a memorable guest experience by organizing key service areas and staff training
- Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations
