Job Description

Drury Hotels is a renowned family-owned and operated hospitality company with a rich history dating back to 1973. With over 150 hotels across 30 states and more than 6,100 team members, Drury Hotels has built a strong legacy of treating both guests and employees like family. This dedication to exceptional service and a supportive work environment has been recognized nationally, with accolades including a spot on Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces 2025 list. The company prides itself on fostering career growth through mentorship, cross-training, comprehensive development plans, and management training programs, exemplified by over 200 internal promotions within the past year alone.

Located at 175 10th Street E in St. Paul, Minnesota, this position is part of Drury Hotels’ Operations Leadership team and offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading hotel departments to success. The role is designed for dynamic leaders who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to excellence in quality, service, profitability, and team development. The Operations Leadership role involves providing expert leadership across all departments, coaching and developing team members to maximize their potential, and consistently implementing quality assurance best practices that meet or exceed established performance metrics.

Employees can expect a competitive salary range between $57,866.99 and $86,800.49, with starting wages potentially higher based on skills, education, and experience. Alongside this, the position is eligible for semi-annual and discretionary quarterly bonuses that reward both individual and hotel-wide performance. Drury Hotels also supports its team members' health and well-being by offering medical, dental, and vision insurance options, prescription coverage, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and access to the Team Member Assistance Program. Moreover, the company fosters a healthy work-life balance by providing flexible schedules, paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights, underscoring its commitment to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in the hotel industry, who hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field. More than just a leadership position, it is a career path that offers opportunities to rise through the ranks in a company celebrated for its empowering environment and family-first values. Applicants can expect continuous support and recognition for their contributions, with direct involvement in shaping the guest experience and driving the hotel's successful operations. Joining Drury Hotels means becoming part of a vibrant team that values passion, service excellence, and the celebration of achievements every day.
