The hotel chain prides itself on its strong family values, treating both guests and team members as part of the family, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment throughout its locations. This leadership position involves coaching and developing team members to excel in their roles, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds its business metrics related to quality, service, profitability, and team performance. The Operations Leader embodies the brand's commitment to excellence by consistently implementing quality assurance best practices and fostering a guest-centric culture.

This position is ideal for ambitious professionals passionate about the hospitality industry and who excel in leadership roles. Drury Hotels supports your career development with mentorship, cross-training, and management training programs, evidenced by more than 200 internal promotions in the last year alone. The company also prioritizes employee health and well-being by providing comprehensive medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability plans, along with parental leave and a Team Member Assistance Program. Additional benefits include a company-matched 401(k), flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance, paid time off, hotel discounts, and free room nights. The role also offers incentives such as quarterly bonuses based on hotel results and eligibility for a semi-annual bonus tied to overall company performance.

The expected pay range for the Operations Leader role is between $57,866.99 and $86,800.49 per year. The starting wage is competitive and may exceed the minimum range based on your relevant experience, skills, and educational background. Drury Hotels is committed to competitive compensation reflective of market medians and strives to foster a rewarding and supportive work environment where employees can thrive and advance their careers.

In this role, you will be recognized for your contributions and supported by a company that values the unique qualities each team member brings.
