Job Requirements
- Passion to serve others and exceed guest expectations
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to lead multiple hotel departments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures
- Foster a guest-centric culture that exceeds expectations
