Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Basic math skills including computing rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work 40 regular hours plus 10 hours overtime
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals

- Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant staff

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency

- Support general manager in business strategy and accountability
