Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing a team or US Military Service
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and implementation of new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring all staff are trained and key service areas are organized
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
