Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing a team or US Military Service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting outcomes
  • Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and implementation of new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring all staff are trained and key service areas are organized
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
