The candidate must be prepared to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the hotel environment.

MCR supports its employees with an excellent benefits package, including hotel discounts, weekly pay, paid time off, retirement options, referral bonuses, career advancement opportunities, and health, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days for full-time employees.
