Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
- Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
- Manage people by hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Promote teamwork and partner with the team to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations
