Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
  • Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
  • Manage people by hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
  • Promote teamwork and partner with the team to maintain safe and efficient restaurant operations
