Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support and coach managers and crew members to perform at their best
  • Serve as a role model for hospitality and leadership, ensuring an inclusive and engaging work environment
  • Assist in identifying, training, and developing future leaders within the restaurant
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition to build a strong, motivated team
  • Step into the General Manager’s role when needed, ensuring smooth operations
  • Help drive a guest-first culture, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with urgency and care
  • Support community engagement initiatives
  • Assist in overseeing restaurant operations from food production to service quality
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to drive profitability
  • Manage labor schedules, inventory, and cost controls to maintain operational efficiency
  • Support food safety and cleanliness compliance
  • Oversee ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and training programs
  • Monitor employee engagement and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and McDonald’s standards regarding labor, safety, and workplace policies
