Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support and coach managers and crew members to perform at their best
- Serve as a role model for hospitality and leadership, ensuring an inclusive and engaging work environment
- Assist in identifying, training, and developing future leaders within the restaurant
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognition to build a strong, motivated team
- Step into the General Manager’s role when needed, ensuring smooth operations
- Help drive a guest-first culture, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Address and resolve guest concerns with urgency and care
- Support community engagement initiatives
- Assist in overseeing restaurant operations from food production to service quality
- Monitor and analyze business performance to drive profitability
- Manage labor schedules, inventory, and cost controls to maintain operational efficiency
- Support food safety and cleanliness compliance
- Oversee ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching conversations, and training programs
- Monitor employee engagement and productivity
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and McDonald’s standards regarding labor, safety, and workplace policies
