Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • assist the general manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards
  • monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders
  • maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting
  • support the general manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling
  • participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth
  • ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
