Job Duties

assist the general manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards
monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders
maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting
support the general manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling
participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth
ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
