Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards
- monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders
- maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting
- support the general manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling
- participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth
- ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
