Job Description

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding restaurant company with a strong commitment to its employees and customers. Founded in 2012 with a 30-unit Taco Bell operation, DRG has grown into a multi-brand enterprise managing over 240 restaurant locations across the United States. The company operates Taco Bell restaurants in states including California, Kansas, Missouri, and Nevada, alongside Arby's restaurants in Alaska, California, and Nevada. With more than 6,000 team members, DRG takes pride in fostering a people-first culture, blending the agility and close-knit camaraderie of a small company with the resources and opportunities of a large enterprise. DRG upholds core values such as respect, integrity, passion, accountability, commitment, and teamwork, which shape every aspect of its operations, from leadership to daily customer service.

As an Assistant Manager at DRG, specifically for the Taco Bell location at 601 E. Moana in Reno, NV, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager to ensure the restaurant consistently meets and exceeds brand standards. This position is perfect for motivated individuals seeking growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization and who thrive in leadership roles within the fast-food restaurant industry. The position demands someone with strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and professionalism, capable of providing clear instructions, managing time effectively, and solving problems decisively.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing shifts, overseeing team members including Shift Managers, and assisting with administrative duties. You will be expected to lead by example, supporting restaurant operations, ensuring food safety and quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping develop future leaders within the team. This role requires a thorough understanding of all restaurant jobs and the ability to perform them when necessary. DRG values employees who are enthusiastic about growth, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a supportive work environment.
