Founded in 1969, Wendy's has grown to become one of the largest quick-service restaurant chains in the world. Wendy's commitment to quality, customer service, and community engagement has helped the company maintain a strong presence in the competitive fast-food industry. With thousands of locations, Wendy's provides a unique opportunity for professionals to grow their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Wendy's, you play a crucial leadership role within the restaurant operations. Your primary responsibility is to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Earning a competitive salary of $48,000, the AGM position offers a blend of supervisory, strategic, and hands-on responsibilities designed to foster both personal and professional growth. This role demands strong leadership skills, an ability to motivate and develop a diverse team, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. From managing staffing schedules, supervising food preparation standards, maintaining inventory control, to ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, your involvement is vital to the restaurant's success.

In this role, you will be accountable for implementing company initiatives that promote excellent customer service, efficient operations, and employee development. You will lead training programs to enhance team members' skills and foster a cooperative work culture that reflects Wendy's core values. Additionally, you will be engaged in financial management activities, including sales analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures aimed at maximizing profitability. The position requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.

Wendy's values career-minded individuals who are passionate about food service and dedicated to continuous improvement. As an AGM, you will have access to a variety of benefits such as a bonus plan, paid time off, medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, a 401K retirement plan with company match, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Wendy's supports its employees' development and provides a stable, supportive workplace where innovation and teamwork are encouraged.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to advance your career in the restaurant management field, Wendy's Assistant General Manager position provides an excellent platform.
