The role of a Restaurant Manager at Big City Wings is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of the restaurant. This position reports directly to the General Manager, Regional Supervisor, Director of Operations, or Owner and involves a broad range of leadership responsibilities. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, including planning, organizing, staffing, training, and supervising all team members to achieve key objectives in sales, food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a related field

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

Job Duties
- Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Big City Wings
- Effectively delegate work, manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, alcohol sales and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests
