Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Full availability for any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to work a 50-hour work week
- Ability to stand for 8 hours continuously
- Physical ability for tasks requiring pushing, pulling, stretching, and use of hands and wrists
- Ability to lift weights between 35 and 50 pounds
- Good personal hygiene
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management

- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 35-50 pounds
Job Duties
- Leading through example
- Work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Be flexible to change in a restaurant environment
- Perform administrative duties including balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards
- Help build the Blaze brand and culture by interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
- Oversee a diverse team preparing great pizzas, ensuring highest product quality, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Develop and lead the team by providing daily feedback and performance reviews
- Cultivate the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
- Perform other duties as assigned
