Job Description

Atlas Restaurant Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality company known for its diverse portfolio of best-in-class dining concepts and hospitality destinations. The company prides itself on creating vibrant spaces where guests can celebrate life’s most memorable moments and where employees can cultivate meaningful and rewarding careers. With locations that range from waterfront hotels to iconic restaurants, Atlas seamlessly blends exceptional culinary experiences with outstanding service and a culture built on core values such as Excellence, Trust, Responsibility, Professionalism, Teamwork, Community, and Uniqueness. The organization is committed to leadership development, internal promotion, and strategic, impactful management that challenges industry norms and sets new standards. This commitment to people and culture has positioned Atlas as a leader in hospitality where the experience delivered starts from within, ensuring employees are supported, motivated, and equipped for success and growth.

The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Atlas Restaurant Group is designed for emerging leaders who are passionate about hospitality and ready to elevate their career by supporting and leading restaurant operations. The AGM works directly alongside the General Manager to enhance guest experiences, foster a strong and cohesive team environment, and drive operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to balance hands-on leadership with strategic business acumen, creating a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and hospitality.

As an AGM, you will be instrumental in bringing company vision to life through a blend of coaching, mentoring, operational management, and guest engagement. You will support the front and back of house teams, stepping into leadership roles when necessary to ensure seamless restaurant operation and outstanding service delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing labor and budgets, supporting inventory and cost management, and addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally. The role requires a strong leadership presence with excellent communication and organizational skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

Atlas values the experience it creates for its leaders, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive salary aligned with experience, health coverage (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plans, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid parental leave, continual learning and leadership development opportunities, and attractive employee dining discounts. The company also supports work-life balance with options like pet insurance, reflecting its inclusive and thoughtful approach.

Joining Atlas means becoming part of a team that moves with intention and holds high standards while redefining hospitality culture. It's more than a job – it's a chance to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact within a supportive and excellence-driven environment. If you are ready to advance your leadership journey in the hospitality industry and contribute to a company that values both its guests and team members equally, the Assistant General Manager role at Atlas Restaurant Group is an unparalleled opportunity.
