This particular role is part of the Operations Leadership team and is pivotal in ensuring that the hotel's daily operations exceed guest expectations while also meeting key business metrics. The company offers a competitive salary range of $57,866.99 to $86,800.49 with potential starting wages above minimum rates based on experience and education. Additionally, this role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly "+1 Service" bonus and a semi-annual bonus tied to hotel and company performance. Job Requirements
