- extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- familiarity with restaurant management software, such as HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software

- strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Job Duties
- Oversee staffing levels and cost of goods
- appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- ensure compliance with food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards
- drive for financial accountability and manage financial aspects of the restaurant
- maintain extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with an understanding of ingredients and dishes in a restaurant or catering organization
- utilize restaurant management software, including HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software
- demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
