Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards and liquor laws
  • proficiency in restaurant management software
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • financial management experience
  • commitment to quality and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-service, high-volume management experience
  • knowledge of food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards
  • understanding of and drive for financial accountability
  • extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
  • familiarity with restaurant management software, such as HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software
  • acute financial management skills
  • strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee staffing levels and cost of goods
  • appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
  • ensure compliance with food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards
  • drive for financial accountability and manage financial aspects of the restaurant
  • maintain extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with an understanding of ingredients and dishes in a restaurant or catering organization
  • utilize restaurant management software, including HotSchedules, Point of Sale, and accounting software
  • demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
