Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Completed high school diploma or equivalent
Have at least 1 year supervisory or management experience
Have at least 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service environment such as recreation fitness retail restaurant or hospitality
Demonstrate success in execution of Sky Zone's Core Competencies
Be coachable and eager to grow in leadership skills
Possess basic technological proficiency including MS Office Teams and POS systems
Be available to work nights weekends and holidays
Show reliability self-motivation and organization
Ability to remain stationary and move around park for long periods
Ability to lift or move at least 20 pounds
Ability to communicate effectively in busy indoor environments

Job Qualifications

18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in recreation fitness retail restaurant hospitality or related customer service field
Demonstrated success in executing Sky Zone's Core Competencies
Coachable with eagerness to grow in Sky Zone's Leadership Competencies
Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite Teams and point of sale systems
Available to work nights weekends and holidays
Reliable coachable self-motivated and organized

Job Duties

Lead by example operating with ethics and integrity
Assume role of Leader on Duty overseeing supervisors and team members
Become expert in park operations safety guest experience and people management
Support hiring training and development of team members
Manage team member performance through accountability and recognition
Schedule team effectively based on park needs
Create positive park culture recognizing team achievements
Drive sales results and motivate sales team
Manage membership experience and organize member events
Collaborate on party sales and event planning
Support party hosts and party preparation
Communicate with facilities maintenance and corporate teams
Oversee safety processes response and reporting
Complete company safety people operations and food and beverage certifications
