We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered to every guest. The Assistant Front Office Manager will work primarily during the evening shift, guaranteeing that there is always a Manager On-Duty during these hours to address any operational needs or guest concerns promptly. This role requires excellent leadership skills as it involves managing and mentoring front office staff, monitoring adherence to procedures and policies, and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors. The successful candidate will be able to independently manage and lead various disciplines within the department, demonstrating both supervisory capability and operational expertise.

Job Requirements

  • One year or more supervisory or management experience in hotel front office
  • prior experience managing and leading front office disciplines
  • demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions
  • strong communication skills with guests and team members
  • computer literacy
  • availability to work evening shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to lead and manage each discipline within the front office independently
  • prior cash handling experience
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency with computer systems relevant to hotel operations
