The Assistant Front Office Manager role is a pivotal position within Hilton’s Hotels team, focused on enhancing the guest experience by supporting and overseeing the daily operations of the front office. This exempt role typically requires working the PM shift and weekends, offering the opportunity for monthly incentives, making it a dynamic position for those passionate about hospitality management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate front office activities such as guest services, registration processes, room inventory management, and compliance with operational standards and policies.
As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be instrumental in monitoring guest satisfaction and service quality, addressing guest concerns promptly, and guiding your team to elevate the customer experience continually. You will play an active role in supporting revenue growth initiatives by promoting hotel services and executing effective up-selling strategies. This position also involves facilitating team knowledge through regular updates and training, ensuring that the staff is well-equipped to provide exceptional service and knowledgeable about the hotel’s offerings and local attractions.
In addition to operational responsibilities, you will oversee the VIP guest experience, ensuring that high-profile guests receive personalized and seamless service from check-in to check-out. A key part of this role is inspiring and developing the front office team members, monitoring their performance, providing constructive coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
