The Assistant Front Office Manager at Hotel Saint Augustine plays a vital role in supporting the Front Office leadership team to ensure seamless daily operations and uphold the luxury standards that guests expect. - Previous experience in front office leadership within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment
- Strong operational knowledge of front desk and guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience managing and motivating teams

- Proficiency in hotel property management systems

Job Qualifications

- Previous 1-2 years of leadership experience within Front Office preferably within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department including Front Desk Guest Services lobby operations and guest arrival experiences
- Lead by example in delivering warm personalized and luxury-focused guest service
- Support and supervise Front Office colleagues to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence
- Assist with scheduling payroll support departmental organization and labor management
- Manage guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently
- Recruitment onboarding coaching training and performance development of Front Office team members
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping Engineering Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
