Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in hotel front office management or supervisory role
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work evening shifts
  • prior cash handling experience
  • proficient in computer and reservation systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • flexible and dependable work attitude

Job Qualifications

  • prefer one or more years departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
  • computer experience required

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations
  • ensure highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
  • manage front office staff and enforce procedures and policies
  • oversee evening shift operations as Manager On-Duty
  • resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • train and develop front office personnel
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience
