We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. In this crucial role, the Assistant Front Office Manager will provide support to the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for all guests. This position primarily covers the evening shift, establishing a consistent presence of managerial leadership during these hours to maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality service and team leadership. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in hotel front office management or supervisory role
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work evening shifts
  • prior cash handling experience
  • proficient in computer and reservation systems
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • flexible and dependable work attitude

Job Qualifications

  • prefer one or more years departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
  • computer experience required

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations
  • ensure highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
  • manage front office staff and enforce procedures and policies
  • oversee evening shift operations as Manager On-Duty
  • resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • train and develop front office personnel
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience
