Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in hotel front office management or supervisory role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evening shifts
- prior cash handling experience
- proficient in computer and reservation systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- flexible and dependable work attitude
Job Qualifications
- prefer one or more years departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
- ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- prior cash handling experience
- ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
- computer experience required
Job Duties
- assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations
- ensure highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
- manage front office staff and enforce procedures and policies
- oversee evening shift operations as Manager On-Duty
- resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- train and develop front office personnel
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experience
