  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one or more years of supervisory or management experience in hotel front office
  • cash handling experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work the evening shift
  • computer experience

Job Qualifications

  • one or more years of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience
  • effective communication skills with the public and team members
  • computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations
  • manage and lead front office staff during the evening shift
  • ensure all front desk procedures and policies are followed
  • handle cash management and related financial transactions
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly
  • utilize computer systems for reservations, billing, and reporting
