We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our esteemed team. This role is instrumental in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service throughout their stay. The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager by overseeing front desk activities, managing and guiding staff, and upholding all operational procedures and policies.
This position primarily covers the evening shift, ensuring that there is a Manager On-Duty during these hours to handle any guest needs or operational challenges promptly. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory or departmental management experience within a hotel front office setting, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and an ability to work independently across different functional areas within the department.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing cash handling procedures, maintaining clear and effective communication with both guests and team members, and utilizing computer systems to manage reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks.
