The Assistant Front Office Manager is a critical leadership role within the Guest Services Department, tasked with overseeing all front office operations at one of Remington’s prestigious properties. This role requires an individual who is service-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will lead and inspire a team to ensure an exceptional guest journey from check-in to check-out, maximizing operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of service. The position demands effective communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Experience with Opera or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. The salary range for this role is $63,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
