Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or similar leadership role in a hotel or resort
- strong leadership skills
- exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- proficiency in hospitality systems including Fosse, Opera, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions effectively
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist the Front Office Manager in directing and motivating staff across multiple departments
- supervise and support daily operations of the front desk, concierge, valet, and bell stand
- anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns, and maintain positive guest relations at all times
- train, coach, and mentor associates, providing feedback and ensuring adherence to hotel standards
- manage scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring to optimize service and productivity
- ensure accurate handling of reservations, group arrivals, VIP check-ins, billing, and guest room security
- coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- review group requests and special events, preparing the front office team to deliver personalized service
- handle overbookings, no-shows, and late checkouts with professionalism and efficiency
- foster team morale by promoting a cooperative work environment
- perform administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and interdepartmental communication
