We are actively seeking a committed and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our exceptional team. This role involves supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations at the front desk, ensuring that every guest receives the highest standard of customer service throughout their stay. The Assistant Front Office Manager will play an essential role in managing the front office staff, maintaining smooth operational procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The position primarily covers the evening shift, providing critical managerial oversight during this time as the Manager On-Duty. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the hotel's continued success, helping to foster a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple aspects of front office operations independently, and experience with cash handling and computer systems. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prefer 1+ year supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • cash handling experience
  • effective communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work evening shifts
  • computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience
  • effective communication skills with guests and team members
