Job Requirements
- Two years of front desk experience in hospitality industry
- Associates degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Strong multitasking skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Two years of front desk experience in hospitality with ability to manage high guest traffic

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring performance aligns with brand and hotel standards
- Ensure quality standards of complimentary food service stations are maintained
- Ensure quality standards of bar service are maintained
- Ensure quality standards of the Front Office are maintained
- Assist breakfast supervisors in scheduling and lead breakfast in their absence
- Assist in bar, banquet, and catering scheduling and take ownership in MOD absence
- Attend weekly meetings to ensure banquet event details meet client requests
- Assist in banquet setup, schedule servers, assist in teardown and act as Banquet Captain as needed
