- Two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in rooms division
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, control and direct the work of front office employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the front desk to ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- Conduct long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
- Manage daily front office operations to uphold service quality
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to the front office operations
