In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the Food Court Supervisor must maintain control of shrinkage by enforcing related policies and procedures and ensure meticulous documentation through cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs in compliance with store policy. The supervisor ensures that all associates follow company policies, promotes a clean and organized workstation following 5S standards, and consistently offers outstanding customer interactions by engaging with customers through smiles, eye contact, sampling, suggestive selling, and courteous acknowledgments at the completion of each transaction.
