Job Requirements

  • restaurant, retail, or management experience is highly desirable
  • a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • at least 5 years of relevant food service experience is preferred
  • knowledge of food planning, preparation, sanitation, and food handling
  • proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • experience with various POS systems and transaction devices
  • must obtain and retain food service certifications
  • relocation may be necessary
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • flexible schedule that may include both day and night shifts
  • consistent and punctual attendance is expected
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy items (40 lbs or more)

Job Duties

  • support the Food Service Manager with daily operations and responsibilities
  • oversee an enticing range of products including jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery items, sandwiches, and more
  • address customer concerns swiftly and professionally
  • comply with federal, state, and local foodservice regulations
  • utilize various kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely
  • manage food service staff ensuring quality service and food handling
  • create and maintain food service operating reports accurately
  • ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols
  • interact respectfully and professionally with team members and customers
