Job Requirements
- restaurant, retail, or management experience is highly desirable
- a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- at least 5 years of relevant food service experience is preferred
- knowledge of food planning, preparation, sanitation, and food handling
- proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- experience with various POS systems and transaction devices
- must obtain and retain food service certifications
- relocation may be necessary
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- flexible schedule that may include both day and night shifts
- consistent and punctual attendance is expected
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy items (40 lbs or more)

Job Duties
- support the Food Service Manager with daily operations and responsibilities
- oversee an enticing range of products including jerky, smoked meats, sausage, BBQ, bakery items, sandwiches, and more
- address customer concerns swiftly and professionally
- comply with federal, state, and local foodservice regulations
- utilize various kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely
- manage food service staff ensuring quality service and food handling
- create and maintain food service operating reports accurately
- ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols
- interact respectfully and professionally with team members and customers
