Job Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service

- Handle scheduling and labor management to ensure efficient staffing
- Monitor inventory and supplies to support smooth service

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
