We are partnering with a prestigious luxury property located in Carmel, California, to recruit a dedicated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. This property is known for its exceptional hospitality services and commitment to delivering upscale dining and beverage experiences. With a focus on quality and guest satisfaction, the establishment boasts multiple dining outlets, including high-end restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities that cater to discerning guests and special events. The role offers a competitive base salary of $85,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives where applicable. Additionally, the company provides relocation assistance and one month of temporary housing for new hires relocating to Carmel, ensuring a smooth transition. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across all food and beverage outlets within the luxury property. This position requires a hands-on leader who can assist in managing restaurant, bar, and banquet functions with a focus on maintaining exceptional service standards and an elevated guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team. The manager will also monitor labor costs, departmental expenses, and inventory controls, ensuring that operational budgets are met without compromising service quality. Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations is another critical aspect of the role.

In addition to operational duties, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist in coordinating private events, group functions, and special programming, contributing to the overall success of the property's food and beverage offerings.
