The role under consideration is a full-time position based at The Shores Resort and Spa, responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant, banquet services, and food and beverage outlets. This position demands a passionate commitment to excellent guest service and the delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings, contributing directly to the property's overall profitability. The successful candidate will manage restaurant and banquet staff, monitor inventory, enforce quality standards, and optimize service efficiency while upholding hotel policies and brand standards.
This exciting role requires coordinating seamless interactions between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws, and providing guests with a welcoming, memorable dining experience. Responsibilities also include managing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency, as well as implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Collaborating with F&B Outlets Manager, Sales, and Culinary teams to develop special promotions and seasonal events will be a key part of the role.
Furthermore, the candidate will be involved in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising a diverse team of restaurant servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and In-Room Dining attendants, ensuring adherence to hotel policies, grooming standards, and service protocols. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff

Job Duties
